The Dallas Botanical Gardens is located on the shores of White Rock Lake and is one of the city’s most beautiful landmarks. It opened its doors to its first visitors in 1984. It was a garden based on the De Gollier land holdings and the Alex Camp House. The De Gollier House is on the National List of Historic Places. Thousands of tourists from all over the world come here every year to admire the wonderfully picturesque gardens.
