Hello, I wanted to call out your driver Joe who picked the family up from DFW last Thursday. I left my cell phone in Joe’s car. After calling it a few times, Joe answered and offered to deliver the phone which he did on Friday. Joe’s generous act saved me from cancelling an important activity. I have personally thanked him but wanted to let you know of my thanks.

Jack was awesome. He showed up early extremely courteous and we had some great conversation. I would recommend AAA to anyone needing a car service. The cost was the same as Uber if not slightly cheaper.

We used this service to get to DFW from Far North Dallas. They were so good we used them again when we returned to DFW. Punctual, polite, and a clean Lincoln Towncar. Only slightly more than a cab but much nicer. Will use them again next time we need a ride.

May-2017 we had the “Other Grandparents” in town from Utah. We had dinner plans, plus a downtown concert at the Majestic Theater. Timing would be tight for our party of six and the thought of stuffing us into my auto and scurrying downtown was not to my liking. Two vehicles, even less. Through AAA, we had a stretch limo waiting at the house, Jack was the Chauffeur, and the evening proceeded without a hitch. Being able to converse with our guests while Jack dealt with insane Dallas traffic and parking was worth the expense. After the concert, a quick call to Jack and the limo promptly arrived for a smooth departure while the other patrons wandered off the find their cars. Jack was a consummate professional. We had a wonderful evening and recommend AAA services in general and Jack in particular.
