LIMOUSINES & BUSES AIRPORT SERVICE

1. Exclusions: Additional charges for fuel, tolls, airport fees, and service charges are not included in the base fare.
2. Late-Night Fees: A fee may apply for late-night or red-eye flights scheduled between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am.
3. Standby Time Fee: In the event of flight disruptions or diversion requiring the driver to remain on standby, a wait time fee may apply.
4. All-Inclusive Pricing: For the all-inclusive total price, please contact us by phone or email with your travel details, and we will gladly assist you.
5. Driver's Tips: While not required, tips for the driver are greatly appreciated.

LIMOUSINE, PARTY & CHARTER BUS SERVICES

1. Lost or Damaged Items: The Vendor (Limousine Service) does not guarantee safety or assume responsibility for personal articles or items lost, stolen, damaged, or left in the Limousine.
2. Supplied Amenities: The Vendor supplies ice and bottled water for passenger use. Ice is intended solely for chilling bottles and not for other purposes.
3. External Decorations: The Vendor prohibits the installation (sticking, gluing, taping, or otherwise) of signs, banners, or other items on the outer part of the Limousine.
4. Vehicle Maintenance: The Vendor warrants that the Limousine has undergone regular maintenance and is in good, clean condition. However, this warranty does not cover unforeseen mechanical or interior feature defects.
5. Speaker Volume and Sunroof: Due to safety concerns, the front speakers' volume in our limousines has been reduced, and the sunroof is completely shut down.
6. Weather and Road Conditions: The Vendor is not responsible for delays in the Limousine's departure and arrival caused by weather, road conditions, hazards, accidents, or other unforeseen events, including acts of God or War.
7. Temperature Management: During hot Texas summers, rising outside temperatures can strain the Limousine's cooling system. Passengers are prohibited from touching buttons on the A/C and Lights control panel to avoid A/C system failure.
8. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are prohibited in the Limousine: consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, consumption of illegal drugs, consumption of snacks or any food items, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapor), violent or unruly behavior, possession of guns/knives, and any conduct likely to cause damage or interfere with the safe operation of the Limousine.
9. Supervision of Minors: At least one adult (over the age of 18) must be present to supervise any minors. Kids' parties must have at least one adult supervisor inside the limo. The Limousine has no seatbelts; therefore, passengers must remain seated during vehicle movement.
10. Termination of Service: The Vendor reserves the right to terminate or cancel service without any refund if violations of the stated rules are observed. Additionally, the Vendor may terminate the Limousine Service agreement in the event of major mechanical issues or accidents if the vehicle cannot be properly repaired before the scheduled time.
11. Liability: The Vendor is not liable for accidents, acts of God, mechanical failure, or accidents while entering/exiting the vehicle. Privacy divider usage is at the chauffeur's discretion.
12. Alcohol Consumption: All passengers under the legal drinking age are prohibited from consuming alcohol in the Limousine.
13. Cleaning and Repair Fees: Various cleaning and repair fees may be applied for damages or excessive use of the Limousine, and these charges will be assessed to the credit card provided by the customer.
14. Road Restrictions: Limousines have low car height clearance and should only be driven on concrete or asphalt roads.
15. Overtime Hours: There is no guarantee of overtime hours being available. Customers should ensure that the contracted hours are sufficient for their event.
16. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 calendar days before the service date by EMAIL ONLY. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a late cancellation fee equal to the contracted service amount.
17. Governing Law: All terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Texas, and any legal actions related to this contract shall be within the jurisdiction of Collin County, Texas.
